基礎製錶課程（3個月）
學生將學習有關的時間和各種古代測量儀器的概念和鐘錶的歷史。學生們還將學習基本的機械表的術語和功能。從鐘錶的設定機制，能量源（發條），動力指示（齒輪系）、石英機芯及其理論向學生進行說明並提供實踐練習。最後，學生將持續進行這些學習單元並通過完成這一階段的各種演習訓練提高其靈巧度。
進階製錶課程（9個月）
學生將學習有關手錶機芯更多的運轉機制。包含月相，萬年曆和計時碼表機芯的設計。除了學習各種機械零件的功能，學生還將學習屬於不同系統的精密記時表和永久日曆表。以及操作複雜腕錶的正確方法，從故障修復的練習中磨練其技能。錶盤、指針和手錶機芯的外殼組裝也將在這一階段作訓練，並以實際操作完成學生們的期末考試。

BASIC WATCHMAKING
The student will learn about the concept of time and various ancient measuring instruments and the history of horology. Students will also learn the terminology and functions of a basic mechanical watch. The setting mechanism, energy source (mainspring), power transmission (gear trains) will be explained to the students and practical exercises will be conducted.
Quartz movement and its theory will also be introduced to the students.
Lastly the students will learn about the escapement and the regulating unit with on hand exercises before continuing to the next stage. The dexterity of the students will be trained during this stage by the various exercises they need to complete.
ADVANCE WATCHMAKING
At this stage, students will learn about complication watch movements. Students will be taught the moonphase, perpetual calendar and chronograph watch movements.
Students will learn the different systems of a chronograph and perpetual watch.
Besides teaching them the function of the movements’ various mechanical parts, students will also be taught the correct way to operate a complication watch.Students will also do some repairs on faulty movements to polish their skills.
Dial and hand fitting including casing of watch movements will also be trained during this stage. At the end the stage, students will be sitting for their final examination.
